Aircraft maintenance operational performance is highly influenced by supply chain effectiveness, particularly spare parts availability and procurement lead time. This study aims to analyze the influence of spare parts availability and procurement lead time on maintenance operational performance at Batam Aero Teknik, a Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) facility operating in the Batam Free Trade Zone (FTZ). A quantitative approach was employed using a survey method involving 57 respondents engaged in maintenance and spare parts management activities. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression and supported by interviews. The results indicate that spare parts availability has a positive and significant effect on maintenance operational performance, while procurement lead time has a positive but partially insignificant effect. Simultaneously, both variables significantly influence maintenance operational performance. These findings suggest that improving maintenance performance depends more on effective spare parts availability management than solely on procurement speed.
