Youth leadership development has increasingly been discussed as an important part of community strengthening. However, youth development is often still treated as a technical program that only provides training, skills, or short-term activities. This study was arranged to examine how human capital development can be connected with a glocal approach in forming youth social leadership through the role of Granat. The study used a qualitative approach with a case study design. Data were obtained through in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation involving youth participants, organizational administrators, community figures, and program facilitators. The analysis was conducted through data condensation, data display, and conclusion drawing. The findings were directed to understand the process of youth capacity formation through knowledge building, organizational experience, local value internalization, social networking, and community-based action. The study shows that social leadership among youth is not formed instantly. It grows from repeated social involvement, mentoring, shared responsibility, and space to take part in real community problems. The glocal approach is useful because global awareness can be introduced without removing local identity and social values. This study contributes to youth development studies by placing human capital development not only as an individual capacity project, but also as a social process that is rooted in local community life.
